Centre: “I don’t recognise my life.”Edge: “My life reflects who I am.”

You have placed 0 of 5 areas.

If any of this sounds like your last year

Nobody hands you a manual when your life rearranges itself. You get on with it, you keep the bills paid, and you tell people you are fine.

A career change
You left the job, or it left you. You still introduce yourself by the old title because you do not have a new sentence yet.
Moving countries
You packed up a whole life and landed somewhere new. You miss a version of yourself as much as you miss a place.
A divorce
The paperwork is finished. The question of who you are on your own is still open.
Burnout
You rested and came back, and found you no longer want the life you were running yourself into the ground for.
Starting over
You are beginning again in your thirties or forties, and quietly counting how far behind you think you are.
A plan that ended
You built something and it fell apart. Everyone expects you to build the same thing again, and you are not sure you want it back.

And underneath all of it, people keep telling you that you have changed. You cannot tell whether to apologise or say thank you.

You do not need more advice. You need somewhere to put what has happened, and a way to see what is next.

What is different when you finish

  • You can say where you are in one sentence, and it is no longer “fine, just busy”.
  • You know the one area of your life to move first, so you stop trying to fix everything at once.
  • You have named the belief that has been making your decisions, and written the one you are replacing it with.
  • You have one small action for this week, and a simple way to track whether you did it.
  • You have a page of proof, in your own words, that you are not the woman you were a year ago.
  • The next time someone says “you’ve changed”, your answer is “I hope so”.

The Becoming Workbook

This is a workbook you do. It opens on your phone or laptop, and it behaves like a guide sitting beside you. You type your answers, tap your Life Wheel into shape, and move one step at a time.

Each part ends with a three minute guided pause and a badge. The next part stays locked until you have earned it. That is on purpose, because the women who get the most from this are the ones who do the work and do not skim it.

The Life Wheel chapter of the workbook, with five areas plotted across four phases.
Chapter 2: your Life Wheel, plotted across five areas.
A page of the workbook on a phone, showing what one belief has cost.
Chapter 5: what one belief has cost you.
  1. AnswerShort prompts, one step at a time. Your answers build your record as you go.
  2. Write and actJournal notes to complete by hand, and five real actions to take and log.
  3. Pause and earn itA guided pause at the end of each part, then a badge that opens the next one.

Why this workbook exists

Most advice for women in transition skips the part where you stop and look at what has happened to you. I skipped it too.

In 2023 I was standing on top of the life I had worked for. I had gone from a girl in Jamaica with very little to a woman who travelled, lived in five countries, and hired her own siblings. I could not understand why it no longer felt like mine.

In 2024 I lost that business. I was hacked, I lost money, and I went straight into fixing mode. I assumed I would build the same thing again. What I found was that I did not want the old life back, and I had no words yet for what I wanted in its place.

The exercises in this workbook come from that season and from the mindset course I built afterwards: the wheel that shows you where you are, the questions that show you what you are carrying, and the habit of writing down proof that you are changing. I put them in one place, in order, so that you do not have to spend a year working out the sequence on your own.

What women say about working with Destiny

The workbook is new, so these come from one to one Clarity Sessions and from the OutBloom Collective community.

I came into the session feeling completely overwhelmed. I left with a clear understanding of what was actually keeping me stuck and a realistic plan I could start implementing immediately.

Lindsey R.After a Clarity Session
The session gave me greater confidence and direction. I now have a clearer understanding of the roles that fit my skills and how to present my experience in a way that matches the expectations of remote employers.
Tamoy S.After a Clarity Session
I love OutBloom! A space like this is truly needed. I also love everything I’m learning here, the thoughts and questions the posts inspire, and how it feels like you can truly be yourself in this community.

Questions before you buy

Is this a PDF?

No. It is an interactive workbook that opens in your browser on a phone, tablet, or laptop. You type your answers, tap your wheel, and earn badges as you go. You can save your finished record as a PDF at the end.

How do I get it after I pay?

Once your payment goes through, you receive an email at the address you used to pay, with your link and password. Keep that email, because it is how you return to the workbook. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then email empoweryou@destinybrown.com.

How long does it take?

The ten chapters take about four hours in total. Most chapters are 15 to 35 minutes, and you can stop and come back whenever you want. The weekly tracker in Chapter 9 runs over seven days.

Where are my answers kept?

On your own device, in the browser you use. Nothing you type is sent to me or to anyone else. That also means your answers stay on that one device, so the workbook reminds you to keep a paper journal and to save your record as a file.

Do I need anything else?

A notebook and a pen. Any notebook will do. The workbook tells you when to write by hand.

Is it faith based?

The exercises are not religious. Each chapter closes with a short quote to carry with you, and several of those are Bible verses, because my faith is part of how I came through my own start over.

Is this therapy?

No. It is a self-reflection workbook. It does not replace a therapist, a doctor, or any professional support. If you are in a very hard place right now, please reach out to someone qualified to help, and return to this when you are ready.

Can I get a refund?

No. This is a digital product and all sales are final. Read this page through, try the wheel at the top, and email empoweryou@destinybrown.com if you have a question before you buy.

Can I do it more than once?

Yes. Many women will want to return to it when a new season starts. You can clear your answers and begin a blank copy at any time.

Your life changed, and you are still standing.

Give yourself four hours to catch up with it. Work out where you are, put down what you no longer need to carry, and choose your next step.
